What services do you offer?
We support mission-led startups with brand positioning, marketing strategy, content creation, social media, email marketing, communications and PR, and website development. We also work with a network of freelancers and contractors we’ve personally worked with before, to cover the full range of services you may need. Just let us know what you need help with and we’ll be happy to support.
What industries do you specialise in?
We have buckets of experience working with B2B and B2C/D2C brands across multiple sectors, including: construction, education, health and social care, hospitality and events, non-profit (charities), sustainability, technology (SaaS), and utilities (energy). With our breadth of experience, we’re able to easily use our skillset within all industries.
How are you different from other agencies?
As a team of two with 20 years’ experience, you’ll deal with us directly, with no account managers in sight, meaning we can operate faster and communicate more effectively than traditional agencies. We only work with mission-led brands, meaning we’re picky with who we offer our services to, so we can make sure it’s the right fit all round. And most importantly, we give a sh*t.
How much do you charge?
We typically work with clients for an initial 3-month period, which we’ll provide you with a bespoke quote for at the proposal stage. For ongoing support, we charge a monthly retainer starting at £1,500. The final cost is determined by the scope of work and the number of hours required to support ongoing execution each month.
What’s your minimum contract length?
We usually work with brands for an initial 3 months, so we have the opportunity to get to know one another and so you can see first-hand the value of the work we’re producing. After this, if you’re loving the eggs just as much as we are, you can move onto a monthly retainer.
Do you do any reporting?
We provide weekly status updates and reports on marketing performance, giving you a clear understanding of what’s working and what areas need improvement. This allows us to make quick decisions on what to double down on and what areas need less attention.
How often do you meet with clients?
Usually once a month, but this depends on the scope of work. If you want to see us more, just let us know and we’ll be there!
What happens after I contact you?
We’ll arrange to have a call with you to find out more about you and your business. It will give you a chance to ask any initial questions you may have. If you’re blown away by us (we’re sure you will be!), we’ll move on to create a bespoke proposal for you. This will outline an initial phase of work, the timeline for this, and all the costs involved. We’ll share this with you before running through everything on a call. After that, the egg is in your basket — decision time!
